How many guests may I bring?

  • 7 Bedroom – Maximum 20 guests. Additional guest fees apply to over 14 guests.
  • 6 Bedroom – Maximum 18 guests. Additional guest fees apply to over 12 guests.
  • 5 Bedroom – Maximum 16 guests. Additional guest fees apply to over 10 guests.
  • 3 Bedroom Condo – Maximum 8 guests. Additional guest fees apply to over 6 guests.
  • 2 Bedroom Condo – Maximum 6 guests. Additional guest fees apply to over 4 guests.

Do you count children in the guest count?

  • Yes, every guest must be counted. However, we don’t charge additional guest fees for children under two.

Do you have pack n plays and high chairs?

  • Yes. Just let us know how many you will need at time of booking.

Do you have a boat dock?

  • Yes. We have 20 slip boat dock with swim platforms.

Is there a boat ramp on-site?

  • Yes, the boat ramp is between Lodges #5 & #6.

Is there a marina nearby?

  • There are three marinas nearby – Indian Point Marina, State Park Marina, and Rock Lane Marina

Is there trailer parking?

  • Yes, we have parking for trailers.

Are you pet friendly?

  • We love our furry family members, too and welcome you to bring yours.  We do have a $50/night Pet Fee.  We do have a few units that are designated Pet-Free to accommodate those with allergies, etc.

Where do I check in?

  • There is no need to check in. You will receive Arrival Instructions with door codes so you can go directly to your unit.

What time is check-in/check out?

  • Check-In is 4:00 PM and Check-Out is 10:00 AM.  You may arrive early and use our amenities; however, your unit will not be available until 4:00 PM.

Who do I contact if I have questions or issues in my unit?

  • We have an On-Site Property Manager available to assist you. His phone number will be included in your Arrival Instructions.

Is Wi-Fi Available?

  • Yes, all units have free Wi-Fi.  Password will be included in your Arrival Instructions.

Are the kitchens stocked?

  • Yes, kitchens are fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, cups, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, drip coffee pot (filters provided), crock pot, blender, mixer, salt, pepper, and basic spices.

Do you provide dish soap?

  • Yes, we provide dishwasher detergent and dish soap.

What is provided in bathrooms?

  • Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers.

Do you provide towels?

  • We provide bath towels but not pool and lake towels.  Please bring your own towels for outside use.

Do you provide paper products?

  • Yes, we provide toilet paper and paper towels. Trash bags are also provided.

Are laundry facilities available?

  • Yes, each unit has a washer and dryer with launder detergent provided.

Is Cable TV provided?

  • Yes, we do provide cable.  Each unit also has at least one Smart TV so you can access your NetFlix, Hulu, etc accounts.

Are grills available? Gas or charcoal?

  • Each unit has a gas grill. Propane is provided.

Are life jackets provided?

  • Each pontoon boat has standard orange life jackets.  We recommend you bring for small children.

Is there an ice machine available?

  • We do have bags of ice available in the pool area.  There is a lockbox available to pay for each bag used.

Can friends not staying at the resort spend the day with us?

  • Our amenities are for paying guests. With prior approval and a $25/day per guest fee you may have visitors.

Do you decorate for Christmas?

  • Yes, each of our units are beautifully decorated for Christmas!

When staying as guests at Branson Shores Resort is fishing allowed?

  • Fishing is allowed from the shore, dock, and boats
  • Please, keep in mind: Any Missouri resident, 16 to 64 years old, and any non-resident, 16 and older, is required to purchase a valid Resident or Non-Resident Fishing Permit, whichever is applicable. You can get more information here.
